Dr. Moreano has participated since 1999 in Medical Missions to Ecuador, South America to provide free reconstructive surgeries to children who are born with deformities or have burns to the face/neck areas. Dr. Moreano is the founder and Director of "Medical Mision Middle of the World Foundation" which is a non-profit charity whose purpose is to provide pro-bono plastic surgery to underpriviledged children of Latin America.
